Guarantee / Warranty / Limited Liability
The distributor offers a warranty against manufacturing and material flaws for a period of six months from the date the device is received by the original customer.
The estimated service life of the product is 5 years, and possibly longer with proper care.
Bio-Medis is not liable for the following situations:
- Defects that occur during usage, storage, or shipment
- Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, water, flood)
- Damage from perspiration or bodily fluids, falls, or careless use
- Equipment purchased from third parties
- Products with a broken manufacturing seal
- Any product that has been opened or tampered with
If the repair is not covered under warranty, a reasonable fee will be charged. Please email info@bio-medis.com for a return authorization and instructions (if the device was purchased directly from Bio-Medis).
To Request Warranty or After-Warranty Service
Please include the following details in your written request:
- Your name
- Device name and serial number
- Your address, phone, and email
- Description of the issue and attempted solutions
- Photos or video of the device from all angles
- Date you received the device from Bio-Medis
- Send your request to: info@bio-medis.com
- Include the tracking number in the subject line

Devices are shipped to Moscow, Russia for repairs. Processing time can range from 2 weeks to 2 months.
The sender is responsible for delivery to the Irish service center for evaluation. After your request is approved, you will be provided with the delivery address. Bio-Medis reserves the right to refuse unauthorized deliveries.
Print and keep a copy of your service request. Include one copy in the box with the device. Return the device in its original packaging, including the manual and warranty card (do not include wires or accessories). It is highly recommended to secure the device in the original foam frame and use bubble wrap.
